Debbie Norman Davis is the founder and CEO of Jacob and Associates Realty.   As a former Top Producing Agent, then Manager/Broker of a significant worldwide real estate company, she brings with her almost 20 years of experience. She is specialized in residential real estate, investor real estate, property management, staging, and remodeling.

Her role as a Broker offers her the opportunity to pass along her experience. She is a trainer and mentor to other agents at her firm as well as offering some unique areas of expertise to her clients.  Debbie’s high level of professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service is what sets her apart as a leader and dedicated professional in the field of real estate.

Debbie lives with her husband, Darold, and enjoys making quilts for children that enter a local women’s shelter.  She is also a water lover, enjoying lake activities with her children and grandchildren.
